YOUTH EVENTS

Youth (high school) from around the state come together to further develop their faith in Christ through conferences, concerts, mission trips and any other events God calls us to do.

In 2004, our Ma Ke Alo O Ke Akua Youth Conference was held at the Makiki Christian Church featuring Chap Clark, Professor of Youth, Family and Culture at Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena. The conference culminated in a Christian Concert at the Hawaiian Waters Park in Kapolei. Photos of the Ma Ke Alo O Ke Akua event.

In 2005, the Summer Youth Event was the Mission Trip to Mexico where the youth helped out in various ways. Photos of the Mexico Mission Trip.

In 2006, the Youth Conference was held at the Ala Moana Hotel and included service projects all over the city of Honolulu as well as heavy study of the Bible and lots of fun activities. Photos of the Youth Conference.

In 2007, CE Hawaii sponsored the Ignite 2007 Christian concerts at the old airport in Kailua-Kona and the Bishop Museum grounds in Honolulu featuring Seventh Day Slumber, Olivia the Band, Arkeo and ZEO. Ignite 2007 Photos / Flyers / Post Cards

In 2008, CE Hawaii participated in Wave Hawaii's "Breaking Down the Walls 2008" Event at the State Capital Lawn. Breaking Down the Walls 2008 Photos

In 2009, CE Hawaii cosponsored the Summer Youth Event: Ignite 2009 with Wave Hawaii on July 31st from 4pm to 10pm and August 1st from 8:30am to 3pm at the Bayview Links. The event included a concert as well as several workshops. Ignite 2009 photos, POSTERS and POSTCARDS.

This year, CE Hawaii is sponsoring the Summer Youth Event: Ignite 2011: Breaking Free July 9th from 9am to 9pm at the Pu'u Kahea Conference Center at 85 Ala Hema Street in Wai'anae on O'ahu. The event included a concert as well as several workshops. Ignite 2011 Registration Form and POSTCARDS.
