FUNDAMENTAL DIVINE RIGHTS
(Enjoy Your God-Given Privileges In Christ)
T O THE BIBLE | Galatians 5:1 CEV
“Christ has set us free! This means we are really free. Now hold on to your freedom and don’t ever become slaves of the Law again.”
LE T’S TALK Citizens of every nation are required to know their fundamental human rights, so they can take advantage of and enjoy such rights and privileges. These entitlements can exist as shared norms of actual human moralities, natural rights, or legal rights. However, as important as it may be for you to know your fundamental human rights and exercise them, there are “fundamental divine rights” which are far superior and more worthy for you to exercise and take advantage of.
If you’re born again, then you automatically belong in God’s country called Zion, with its divine rights and privileges: “...you have come to Mount Zion, even to the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem...” (Hebrews 12:22 AMPC). So, look beyond your natural human rights to the glorious heavenly rights and privileges that belong to you as one born in God’s Kingdom! Just as it’s wrong for your fundamental human rights to be violated, God doesn’t want anything or anyone to violate your divine rights. These rights include living in health, prosperity, victory, success, and excellence, reigning and ruling over the circumstances of life, and exercising dominion over satan and the powers of darkness.
The Bible is the only recognised legal and divine document where we have our rights, privileges and inheritance in Christ enshrined. In it, you’ll discover who you are, what you have, and what you can do in Christ. There’s no need to hope for them; they’re your present- hour possession. So take advantage of them and live the triumphant and victorious life that God has called you into.
1 Corinthians 2:12; Galatians 5:13
I belong in God’s superior class of divine beings; therefore I look beyond the natural realm of existence to my heavenly rights, blessings and provisions in Christ Jesus! I recognise today and take hold of my divine right to live in health, prosperity, victory, success, dominion and excellence.
